Portal requests are responded to during regular office hours from 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday - Friday. DO NOT place emergency requests over the portal, please call the office or the on-call tech. This inculdes issues with heat/hot water, leaks, etc. as maintenance will need to address those as soon as possible.
